The official eCrew app from AIMS International is available free of charge to all crew members of airlines powered by the AIMS Airline software.

Designed with a focus on speed, data security, and a brand new mobile and tablet-friendly interface, the eCrew app significantly speeds up the crew scheduling review process.

The app features a fresh and user-friendly interface that is in line with commonly used platforms, allowing for easy interaction and navigation.

Technical Specifications:

• Minimum iOS version 11

Once downloaded, crew members will be prompted to enter the necessary details to register their device with their personal account. Required information includes:

• eCrew site
• Crew ID
• Personal Password

The app now offers biometric authentication.

This version of the eCrew app is well-organized, efficient to use, visually appealing, and includes a wide range of commonly used features. Some notable features include:

• Profile editing (contact details, passport details, etc.)
• Security and preferences
• Password changes
• Fit/unfit for duty status
• Days off requests
• Crew schedule statistics
• Flight/duty time statistics

Regarding push notifications, the app provides real-time notifications for crew schedule changes, new messages, and more. It displays a badge number indicating the number of pending crew schedule changes and allows for acknowledgment of individual or all crew schedule changes.

For crew scheduling, the app allows users to view the schedule in either UTC or local times. Users can also view the previous and next month's crew schedule, check-in/out times for each duty, swipe left to see duty details, view memo indicators with assigned flight/duty memos, and view training indicators.

Other features of the app include improved mobile/calendar export, importing of duties to the mobile calendar in both UTC and local times, alerts/reminders for each duty, enhanced offline mode allowing for downloading of specific periods for offline use, the ability to view the schedule without internet connection, a wide range of flight information for each flight leg including city pair details (map and distance), passenger count and load factor, list of crew members on each flight leg or duty including operating crew, dead-heading crew members, jump-seaters, and instructors/trainees, the capability to call or send messages to fellow crew members directly from the app, departure/arrival airport details, agent contact details and memos, hotel information including check-in/out times and shuttle bus availability with the option to navigate to the hotel address using the map application, and the ability to switch to the main eCrew web application with just a press of a button.
